So I was at the supermarket this week and brought home their free glossy little mag with the famous chef on the front. The truth is I love a brochure....maybe its my days spent in PR and marketing but I unapologetically love a free bit of glossy literature. So anyway it had a couple of recipes and I tried them out and here's the results....thought I'd share. It may help you with this weeks menu. A friend once suggested doing the weekly shop together, and then swapping trolleys at the end so that you get a little surprise and don't keep cooking the same round of plates every single week. 'Cause lets be honest unless you are an aspiring masterchef, most of us have a limited stock of recipes that the little buggers will eat that we continually throw to the wild beasts to stop the screaming at witching hour. These were easy, quite fun to make and cheap! Leavin more money for mommas coffee jar I say!
P.s. you can always swap the brocoli for something else....but mine all ate it. The four year old saying she couldn't even taste the salad mummy!
